Internet Explorer can't type in text boxes
If you ever have a situation where Internet Explorer loads pages correctly, but you can't click on any text boxes and type into them, then it is likely one of the Windows DLL's has become de-registered. This is likely to be caused during software installs or potentially during the regular monthly software patching process we need to do to keep the system secure.
Good news is that there is a very simple fix!!!
Open a command prompt window (Start>Run>cmd) and type the following at the
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll
You will receive a pop-up confirming as each of the DLL's are registered. Once you have finished, just re-open Internet Explorer (IE) and everything should be back to normal.
Hope this helps,
I think this system is not so good for Internet Explorer (IE). I really don't like your plan because it can be creating the many issue in every internet explorer which is not better. if you want a success in this field so I think you should change your plan and please think about it again

Not only can I not type in the text boxes but search bar and address bar as well. Your suggestion of using the "run" function I cannot use either, because I cannot type in that also!
That would mean that your issue is not with Internet Explorer of course.

Mshtml.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not was not found. This file cannot be registered"
